Main duties:

Providing remote technical support to 50 national store location
You will be the main point of contact for all photography and computer incidents
Follow documented incident and problem management procedures
Investigate and troubleshoot all incidents in a timely manner
Asset management
Generate reports
Create documentation to streamline processes
Assisting in Melbourne training of photographers
Preparation of the Melbourne CBD site for trade

Experience and Qualification Required:

Demonstrated working knowledge of the basic IT service hardware and software products.
Demonstrated experience providing support for client technologies including desktops, notebooks mobile devices, printers and peripherals
A demonstrated understanding of IT service delivery principles and practices.
Understanding of telecommunications cabling infrastructure, WAN, LAN, routing
Strong understanding of windows and windows settings
Understanding your way around a DSLR camera (bonus)
Understanding of photography and lighting (bonus)

Skills:

Highly developed communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate in writing and verbally with business, technical and supplier personnel at all organisational levels.
Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations.
Attention to detail and a handson approach
Strong technical aptitude
A positive 'can do' attitude and emotional maturity
