Retail Photographic Manager - Queensland

To make sure Christmas runs smoothly this year, we're on the lookout for professional photographers to directly manage a team of up to 20 Photographer/Customer service representatives in retail stores across Queensland.

We need managers who are confident, camera savvy and have extensive customer service experience as you'll be the one running the show, ensuring every shift goes to plan, keeping your team happy, and most importantly, making sure customers leave with a big smile on their face every single time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the endtoend operations of the Santa photography studio.
Orchestrating a team that will deliver magical and memorable Christmas experiences.
Managing the CBD store but traveling to surrounding store locations as required.
Ensuring the smooth running of every shift
Dealing with customer queries and complaints Maintaining team morale during peak periods

Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWC) and/or Police Check.
Be 20 years +
