Your key duties will include:

  • Ensure smooth running and efficient management of front office, administration, property management and sales office
  • Supervise and offer ongoing support, guidance to Administrator/Receptionist, marketing and sales support duties
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Coordination of events and meeting management for the office
  • To conduct and ensure compliance for HR, payroll, sales settlements, trust accounts and general accounting (as specified by the Licensee)
  • Action client invoices and supplier payments
  • Maintain Office Licence, Compliance and Policy and Procedures
  • Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
  • Be a team player who can work well under pressure
  • Corporate, professional presentation

Skills and Experience:

  • Four years experience in an administration/management role
  • Efficient and have a high attention to detail
  • Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Value a work/family balance
