As a result of growth and internal promotion, this leading Medical Insurance company is seeking a permanent Member Service Specialists to join their team.
Priding itself on building expert professionals, this business heavily focuses on training, developing, and promoting their staff.The Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will focus on building key relationships with members and servicing their queries.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound call volume.
- Responding to queries from members in written form.
- Keeping accurate and uptodate records of members' queries.
- Managing your work in accordance with the business's processes, compliance, and legislative requirements.
- Providing members with uptodate information regarding their membership.
- Continuously looking for processes to improve the overall service of members.
To Be Successful:
- Worked previously in an insurance based role
- You must communicate well both verbal and written
- Thrive working in a fastpaced, fun environment
- Present as a motivated and empathetic individual
