About You
This is a not to miss opportunity for an experienced legal secretary with extensive experience in construction law.

You will have a solid skill set in regards to the Microsoft Office Suite, a strong typing speed in excess of 60wpm, knowledge of construction law and a great level of communication.

In addition, you will have real initiative, a great attention to detail and an ability to work within a team.

The Role
To be successful in this position you will ideally have experience in a legal environment in addition to:

Speaking to clients both face to face and over the phone
Entering timesheet data and preparing billing information
File and diary management
File maintenance and archiving
General administration duties
