This national law firm is expanding their HR team and looking to appoint an administrator with a flair for HR and sourcing.
The Role
Are you a people person with a passion for HR? Do you have a knack for organising? We're seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our clients HR dream team as their Human Resources Administrator.
Here you will be supporting a team of HR professionals who pride themselves on their industry knowledge and sourcing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of HR & recruitment operations, including employee on boarding, off boarding, and record maintenance
- Preparation of contracts and all employment related documents
- Manage the data quality within the HR system
- Maintaining and preparing reports for the team
- Assist with all administrative duties within the HR team
- Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.***
Ideally you will have: - A keen interest in HR or Recruitment
- Demonstrating comprehensive HR knowledge.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.
