The
purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to our senior brokers


This role will include:

  • Accounts Receivable Functions
  • Raising Invoices and Generating Premium Funding Quotes
  • Providing administrative support and preparing/updating management/performance report
  • Management of credit reports (via systems portal)
  • General office management duties
  • Reviewing Policy terms and conditions
  • Arranging quote submissions, preparing new business proposals and renewal documents as required
  • Coordinate and ensure timely response to any client or underwriter enquires / issues
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry, or alternatively an interest in the insurance industry, plus:

  • Demonstrated ability to work and solve problems autonomously
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous invoicing or related accounts receivable knowledge
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (namely Microsoft Excel)
