Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit a Governance & Project Specialist contract to 31/12/2024 based in the Brisbane CBD and working from home.
The Cooperative and Automated Vehicle Initiative are scoping and developing a new, 3-year program of work. The program has been divided into work streams, each managed by a package lead.An experienced project specialist is required to lead program governance activities, coordinate work across the work streams, undertake project scheduling and provide project support services.
This engagement will improve project definition and scheduling, create cross project efficiency and control project delivery through implementing governance and reporting.
In this role you will:
- Create risk registers and manage risk meetings with risk owners.
- Undertake project reporting including Board papers and meetings.
- Creation and maintenance of the master schedule in MS Project.
