We have an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Sales Consultant to join our team in Adelaide, SA.


About the role


Liaising with the Retirement Living Sales Operations Manager and Retirement Living Managers this role coordinates a uniform approach to the marketing, sales and settlement of the retirement living accommodation, which has a positive outcome in terms of retirement living sales.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Efficient response, handling and qualification of sales enquiries in relation to
retirement living sites

  • Meet with prospective residents to show vacant homes and village facilities
  • Communicate all financial aspects of retirement living contracts with prospective
residents and families

  • Outline steps involved in obtaining a home from Southern Cross Care
  • Proactively follow up and manage enquiries through to settlement
Living team, in particular the Contracts and Administration Officer

  • Ensure the completion of monthly sales reports, including provision to Village
Managers and outgoing residents of their estate

  • Operational support to other villages as and when required

About you
We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.

  • Demonstrated sales experience in a similar role
  • A strong customer service focus with a demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet complete solution based sales requirements and transactions
  • Sound knowledge of and ability to cross sell Southern Cross Care suite of services and products
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with mínimal supervision, whilst taking ownership of own workload to meet deadlines
  • Strives for a standard of excellence
  • A current Driver's licence is a requirement for this role
  • Experience within the retirement or aged care industries, and a Real Estate Licence will be highly regarded
