As part of the recent transformation in risk management, you will support, maintain, and oversee the reporting of operational risk across the company, ensuring a consistent approach is taken through your insights for crucial decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data on operational risks for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Offer guidance on creating effective operational risk reporting systems.
  • Utilise data analytics to promote best practices for managing operational risks.
  • Aid the group's operational risk and assurance team by supplying data to help with the oversight of the first line of defense.

Desired Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in data, governance, risk management, business, law or relevant.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, risk analytics or reporting role.
  • Knowledge of how to create valuable reports and insights from various data sources.
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting, data management and tableau, SQL or Cognos.
  • Ability to condense complex data points, themes and trends into simple and practical insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presence and articulation when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and brings a collaborative approach.
