Description
Interim assignment to- Starting ASAP
- Set up and maintain the organisational hierarchy in the computerised system
- Verify or manually check employee transactional data and other payroll and establishment related information to maintain the accuracy of data entered into the HR system
- Use monitoring tools to ensure they operate effectively and take corrective action to update system, payroll and establishment data as required in consultation with key customers and stakeholders to correct and maintain accurate information
- Respond to establishment enquiries from clients to enable current, accurate and timely information as far as possible
- Identify and address training needs to continually improve management understanding and skills in managing establishment and structure information
- Monitor and analyse work and incident volumes, report new or emerging issues or trends to recommend changes and strategies which contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist in the development HR systems to provide information for business intelligence tools and reporting and provide input to the development and continuous improvement of processes for transactional HR functions
- Provide specific, relevant and timely communication about system, payroll and establishment incidents and service requests to inform and ensure communication flow and enable corrective action
