- Take training resources and find the mostrelevant information to design experiences that have a lasting effect on theuser.
- Produce high-quality design work, eitherbased on templates or entirely new, customizing for varying requirements fromproject to project.
- Liaise with subject matter experts andcustomers requesting custom-built experiences to align your design with themandatory learning outcomes.
- Work within a cross-disciplinary team todesign and Project Manage experiences from concept to delivery.
- Lead our partner teams around the world tohelp them build experiences to our standards, quality levels and processes.
- Communicate clearly with the team andstakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs and outcomes, bothwritten and verbal.
- Ability to efficiently juggle multipleprojects at once.
- Use Unity to improve user experience andfix bugs in projects, diving into the code as required to get the job done.
- At least three years of game orgame-adjacent design experience.
- Experience working within Unity3 D withsome programming knowledge.
- Critical thinking skills and strongattention to detail.
- Experience communicating design conceptsto programmers, artists, stakeholders and clients.
