About The Role

As the lead designer within the region you will work closely with Engineers on projects that range from major urban and infrastructure developments to various government upgrades - in both hands on design and mentoring more junior designers and drafters.

In addition to design and inspection duties, you will be expected to attend the occasional site and develop your skills further in coordination of meetings.

Ideally, you will be ambitious, have a commercial mindset and a desire to grow along with the business.

What we're looking for

Associate Degree or Bachelor Technology in Civil Engineering
At least 10 years in civil design experience across commercial infrastructure, development, and/or municipal projects, within a consultant in Australia
Expert Autocad and 12D software skills; any drainage design experience highly regard
Strong communication skills essential; any client/project management ability highly regarded
Keenness to progress in a consulting business
