• Trusted Design Consultant, delivering on client projects and products.
• Leadership activities on smallmedium projects/products and produce elegant, valuable output regardless of the project/product, client/founder, or technology.
• Executing on tasks across multiple clients and backlogs, while providing guidance and quality oversight for other designers in the squad.
• Set a positive example for the team and encourage others to the same.
• Confidently explain the value of design and design processes to team members, clients/founders, in a way that resonates with them.
• Proactively learn and implement new design methods and practices to improve on design skills.
• Understands and can describe how design fits into the lifecycle of a project/product.
• Can describe how a project/product fits into the bigger picture.
• Can develop and maintain clear scope of future work, clearing possible blockers to avoid delays in projects.
• Produce high quality, elegant and shippable designs.
• Produce creative and performant designs that span across multiple mediums.
• Intermediate skills in 'design fundamentals', 'design thinking' and intermediate in one additional or more areas of design expertise.
• Proactively create opportunities to share knowledge, both within and outside of the squad
• Deliver praise and constructive feedback to people such as team members, leads, directors and stakeholders.
• Use experience to teach team members more advanced design skills.
