    Marketing and Submissions Specialist

    The Position

    To enhance our design excellence, HDR's architecture practice in Melbourne seeks a dynamic Marketing and Submissions Specialist. Your expertise in writing tenders and submissions within the AEC industry will be crucial in supporting our architectural growth. Reporting to the Senior Pursuits Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the bid process, coordinating production, and ensuring delivery excellence.

    • Understand tender requirements and coordinate internal strategy meetings
    • Develop proposal strategies and manage pursuit teams efficiently
    • Coordinate and edit stakeholder inputs for submissions
    • Conduct market sector and client research
    • Collaborate with marketing and sector leaders
    • Manage the final document presentation in InDesign
    • Update CRM database with pursuit leads
    • Maintain up-to-date marketing and pursuit materials

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
    • Experience in bids or pursuits within the AEC industry
    • Strong knowledge of the Victorian market
    • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign CC and MS Office

    This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Your adeptness in managing priorities and producing high-quality bid documentation will be key to your success.
