The ability to attract new trials and to establish a broad range of cutting-edge sponsored and investigator-led studies and investigating a variety of new therapies in a timely manner has led to the success of the Unit.

About The Role


There is an opportunity for an experienced Ethics Submission Specialist to join the Monash Children's Clinical Trial Centre at Monash Childrens Hospital.


This role will coordinate all pre and post approval submissions of clinical trials to ensure their effective and timely approval and implementation.

The Ethics submission Specialist will assist with the study budget negotiations and the establishment of clinical trial agreements.

Under supervision, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Submission of trial amendments
  • Ensure ethics and governance submissions are performed according to agreed timelines
  • Assist with study budget negotiations and the establishment of clinical trial agreements

About You


You have a high level of attention to detail, multitasking and prioritisation skills, communication skills, and following Good Clinical Practise.

You are motivated with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.


This role is based at Monash Children's Hospital in Clayton, and is a fixed term (until August 4th, 2024), part time position (38 hrs per fortnight).
