YOUR ROLE

As the WMS Operations Analyst (WMS Super User) for our WHS at Clayton VIC, you'll act as the functional expert Super User for the implementation of CEVA Warehouse Management Systems, primarily for new business and legacy system replacements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

Assist in the implementation of the WMS; i.e. data collection, documentation, testing, training, golive support.
Assist the WMS Operations Specialist in the implementation of new functionality for existing WMS sites to deliver continuous improvement
Career progression possibilities into WMS Operations Specialist (intermediate skills) and WMS Operations Manager (advanced skills) roles
Support sites with their WMS queries, troubleshooting, training and continuous improvement requirements
Hands on experience in a distribution centre role (e.g. supervisor, inventory controller, WMS super user) using inhouse and external warehouse management systems
Have the ability to understand warehousing and transport processes, MHE, cost and productivity drivers and execute required improvements via system enhancements or otherwise

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You should also have:

Relevant diploma or tertiary qualification is desirable
Experience in warehouse operations, WMS super user or WMS implementations
Implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (JDA Dispatcher experience is a bonus)
Excellent Microsoft suite software skills (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
Problem solving capability, commercial acumen and numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
