YOUR ROLE


As a Business Compliance Coordinator within our Vehicle Logistics team at High Wycombe WA, you'll help ensure that our depot maintains its compliance across safety, transport compliance, and in relation to accreditations, audits and other standards.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Maintain information in our health, safety and environment systems (e.g. contractor management, hazard and incident reporting, calendar of compliance events)
  • Identify and report all hazards, incidents and accidents and assist in developing prevention strategies
  • Support and facilitate audits / inspections and write SWIMs, risk assessments, etc.
  • Support various quality assurance and transport compliance tasks, as well as continuous improvement / LEAN initiatives
  • General administrative tasks and coordination in support of depot leadership team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Administrative support experience in any environment

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally
  • Good written and verbal communication, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be selfdirected or escalate as required
  • Bonus: any experience in the transport / logistics sector.


Alternatively, we would be very happy to consider someone early into their career (such as a recent university graduate) or with some but not all of the attributes above.
