    Description
    Are you looking to join a brand that dominates? As a team headed up by a dynamic and highly motivated sales agent, this is an award-winning agency that is known for trustworthy and quality work on the Northern Beaches. Working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry and operating out of fantastic offices with a stylish fit-out, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to shake up their career, step it up and join a tight-knit department that enjoy lots of laughs and fun

    The Role:
    • Monday – Friday
    • Working closely with a high performing sales team
    • Marketing 'For Sale' properties online
    • Social media marketing
    • Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
    • Prepare 'Just Listed' & 'Just Sold' Templates/Letters
    • Prepare and update pre-listing kits
    • Uploading properties online
    • Office & brand marketing
    • Organising gifts and communications during sales process Ad hoc administration tasks
    • Assisting in the Exchanges & Settlements
    • Ad hoc admin duties
    The Candidate:
    • Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
    • A good attitude
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Looking to join a high performing team – this is an office ranked top in their network
