    Are you looking to align yourself with a leading sales agent located on the Northern Beaches? Our client is in need of an experienced Sales Associate to join their big branded & successful team. You will learn, grow, and be mentored by one of the BEST Agents in the business

    This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. With a loyal based clientele, this is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do.

    The Role:
    Specialising in the Manly, Balgowlah, Fairlight and Freshwater Areas, this is a streamlined role and your chance to learn from one of the best in the industry. You will be hungry, focused, and motivated to achieve success. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

    • Assist in the management of property campaigns
    • Database prospecting, development, and maintenance
    • Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
    • Handling all potential buyer inquiries
    • Assist agent with attending marketing appraisals
    • Email, appointment, and diary management
    • Buyer callbacks following open homes
    • Setting up & collecting signboards
    • Attending weekly sales meetings & training
    • General administration duties
    • Support agent where required

    The Candidate:

    • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
    • Real Estate experience is preferred however not essential
    • We are looking for someone with expertise, passion and drive
    • A valid driver's license
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • The desire to learn and succeed
    • Extremely organized
    • The ability to work proactively and independently
    • Strong administration and communication skills
