As a Manager - Insights & Analytics you'll address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume.

You'll work closely with our talented Analysts to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and communities using data.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:


  • Enabling world class frontline facing customer experiences through data and analytics
  • Using data driventargeting and insights to protect our customers' financial wellbeing
  • Developing insights and measurement tools to support and track CSN's goal of digital first approach for all our customers,
  • Use your passion for people to build and manage relationships
  • Help develop best in class analytics solutions and culture by mentoring and working closely with the analysts in your team
  • Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems
  • Provide people management and technical guidance to your team

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • The ability to understand corporate frameworks and a keen eye for manipulating data
  • A demonstrated Insights and Analytics background
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience in automation of analytical processes
  • Advanced analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills
  • Proven problem solving, planning, project management and decisionmaking skills
  • Commercial experience with data exploration and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python)
  • Experience with campaign management or customer decisioning systems.
  • Ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings in common nontechnical terms
