Your business:


The Technology division delivers the Group's information technology and banking operations functions to ensure the highest levels of customer service through world-class process excellence and technology innovation.

Cyber Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, losses and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.


We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office.

Your new team:


The Security Integration team enables a single integrated view of technology, processes and data that allows our teams to proactively manage security health across the group.

By enhancing early detection our teams will be equipped with insights that will result in faster decision making, reducing financial, customer and reputational impacts.


Your impact and contribution:

As the Manager, Security Integration Response you be reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Security Integration.

This position will play a key role in establishing a function that improves the Group security's identification, detection and response to security events.


You will work closely with key technical stakholders, leaders and business unite to improve the Group's security team effectiveness and performance.


You will also:

  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with the key stakeholders including security, business and technology partners, colleagues and other external teams
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to improving operational performance maturity and technology enabled outcomes; manage the platform maturity execution plans to achieve committed objectives.
  • Track, manage and report security integration activities, deliverables, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Contribute to developing a target operating model for an operational Security Integration Centre.

We are interested in people who:

Have a background in cyber security and or service delivery management with the ability to offer consultative advice to technical and function stakholders while improving the Group's wider incident response capability.

You will bring strong stakeholder management capabilities and are comfortable with ambiguity and challenging the status quo to create innovative solutions.


You will bring:

  • Background in cyber security and or security integration response, offering consultative advice across an operational delivery function.
  • The ability to navigate and optimise security technologies and operations.
  • Experience in managing dependencies between complex environments.
  • Proficiency in critical thinking and driving productivity improvements.
  • Strong customer facing communication, engagement and stakeholder management skills.
