Application Support Administrator

The Application Support Administrator consults, negotiates and provides technical advice on ICT projects and work packages, ensuring projects align with legislation, industry standards and best practices.


The duties of this position include:

  • Consulting and negotiating on ICT projects and work packages, providing technical expertise and advice, and ensuring compliance with legislation, industry standards, best practices, and Mint and whole of government procedures, policies and frameworks.
  • Monitoring customer feedback, service, incidents and problem management, and updating processes and procedures based on analysis.

Security clearance
This position requires a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
