    WHO WE NEED

    We are seeking an experienced Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning, to join our Brisbane team and manage one of our Commercial Cleaning Portfolios. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-daycleaning operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will be hands on with training and commitment while you supervisea high performing team through your solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Managing the service delivery and performance of daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial sites.
    • Oversee kitchen stewarding operations delivered in a number of 5 star Brisbane hotels.
    • Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships.
    • Driving adherence to high performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP's, policies and service expectations.
    • Be hands on and lead by example.
    • Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do their best.
    • Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
    • Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.
    • Undertake regular reporting and quality assessments using our QA software.
    • Be flexible to oversee rotating shifts across a 7 day operation.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • A valid driving licence.
    • Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
    • Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred.
    • Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
    • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
    • Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential.
    • Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
    • Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.
    • Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
