Are you a passionate and results-driven individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? Our client is seeking an Area Manager to lead their talented teams based across Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and the ACT.

Through your extensive experience and leadership, you will assist in increasing market share, achieving business objectives, driving service excellence and building on our client's employer-of-choice culture.

In this role, your duties will include:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve year-on-year business objectives aligned with the budget and strategic plan
Lead and build a team of leaders, providing support and guidance to achieve key performance indicators
Foster a culture of engagement and collaboration across your team to maximize performance and job satisfaction
Champion a customercentric approach, ensuring understanding, measurement, and improvements to deliver service excellence
Monitor and report on the area's financial budget, providing direction and support to your team to meet their targets
Review and optimize operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and effectively manage/mitigate any risks
Promote innovation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive growth and success

What you will need:

Possess a growth mindset and management experience or leadership acumen in the occupational rehabilitation services field, with extensive experience in workplace rehabilitation, insurance, health, human services, or business management
Demonstrate leadership expertise in managing dispersed teams
Have a proven track record of achieving business growth, profitability, and quality advancements
Exhibit the ability to identify and solve business challenges through strategic thinking and planning

To be considered for this role, you should have full registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
