Student Experience Officer (Faculty of Medicine & Health)

Employment Type:
Part - time (17.5 hours a week). Must be flexible to work occasional weekends, after hours during peak periods such as December - January.


Duration:
Fixed Term contract until 19th July 2024


Remuneration:
$91K - $97K base (plus 17% superannuation, leave loading)


Location:
Kensington, Sydney.


Why this role matters:

Play a key role in supporting and implementing mentoring initiatives as part of the Faculty's Health 25 Strategy. This role will also participate in other student experience initiatives within UNSW Medicine & Health.


Who you are:


  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
  • Highly advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective service and support to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate administrative processes in a complex environment, problem solve and handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Excellent project coordination and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement.
