Why your Role Matters
You'll be joining a dedicated and collaborative team who provide exceptional Talent Acquisition support to all areas of the University across UNSWs Faculties and Divisions

We're looking for a strong administrator with excellent communication skills to play a crucial role supporting our Talent function. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide efficient administrative support, offering a collaborative, solutions and customer focused approach.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing recruitment finance and expenses using Concur.
  • Developing and maintaining online filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to join HR projects and business improvement activities.

Who you are:
This role would suit a detail-orientated and attentive administrator interested in leveraging their skills in the dynamic field of recruitment


You will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • High attention to detail and organisation.
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbally.
  • A proactive attitude, able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience with PageUp or recruitment systems is beneficial but not essential.
