Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and oversee all refractory operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team of refractory installers and engineers.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the refractory installation industry.
• Technical expertise in refractory systems and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards
