Description
We are a maintenance business servicing local Real estates across Brisbane and Moreton Bay.We are looking for a reliable a General Handyman/Maintenance person to join our team
Responsibilities
- Maintaining doors, locks, taps etc
- Minor building work (eg erecting shelves)
- Minor painting work (eg deck varnishing)
- Replacing lights
- Cleaning gutters and pressure washing
- Mowing and trimming lawns
- Pruning, hedging and weeding
- Experience with whipper snippers, spraying, brush cutting
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
Requirements and skills
- Good eye for detail and presentation
- Able to work on roofs and ladders (limited)
- Experience in using garden machines ( rider mowers, chain saw, trimmers etc)
- Must be able to work with no supervision and happy to work with mínimal contact with other people. This is a job where you work on your own most of the time
- Current Manual Australian Driver's License and own reliable transport
- Must be able to pass a Police Check
- Wellorganized and apt in problemsolving
- Attention to detail
