The Role
The Joint Military Police Unit (JMPU) Headquarters manages policing effects for the Australian Defence Force.
The Strategic Criminal Intelligence Analyst will support the planning, development and production of all Military Police strategic criminal intelligence.
This will involve the use and development of a broad range of intelligence related databases, tools and systems to conduct complex research and analysis.
The Strategic Criminal Intelligence Analyst will also assist in the conduct of stakeholder engagement and the management of strategic intelligence partnerships for JMPU.
About our Team
The Knowledge and Intelligence (K&I) Branch of the JMPU is responsible for providing intelligence and information management support to the policing aspects of JMPU and Provost Marshal ADF.
The Intelligence team is the lead criminal intelligence capability within the ADF and is responsible for delivering operational and strategic intelligence to key stakeholders.
They are accountable to ensure they have knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
