THE ROLE

Salary Package: From $74,062 (HEW Level 4), plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading
Appointment Type: Full time, Fixed Term (4 month contract)
Location: Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, Dharug land, North Ryde

Macquarie University is seeking a Student Mobility Administration Assistant to support the University's global student mobility programs, promotions, events and strategies. In this role, you will assist with the coordination, preparation, and promotion of the mobility programs to prospective students.

Key responsibilities include:

Advise coursework students regarding: eligibility to undertake mobility programs
- mobility program costs and funding, including scholarship
- unit pre-requisites and equivalences.

Administer student enrolments and grade transfers in AMIS.

Provide support to the Student Mobility team across finance functions, e.g., administering OS-HELP and scholarship payments.

Contribute to internal and external reporting as applicable.
