PRIMARY DETAIL
Work with the collaborative and high performing team to provide student customer service and administration transactional support.

  • From $70,536 to $76,022 (HEW Level 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • Full time, continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment. Hybrid working arrangement.

THE ROLE


The Progression team within Student Shared Services is seeking a Student Administration Assistant to provide customer service to our students and administration transactional support to the team.

Working in this busy and fast-paced role, you will:

  • Provide customer service and transactional support to students.
  • Undertake student administration transactional processing using a range of student administration systems ensuring timely, accurate and quality assured data processing.
  • Provide feedback to support student services, process and systems improvement.

You have strong interpersonal and communications skills to engage with, and maintain, relationships with internal and external stakeholders and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

  • Experience in customer service or administration.
  • Knowledge of the higher education system.
  • Ability to contribute to continual improvement initiatives in student support services.
  • Experience completing high volume administration functions.
  • Experience with business systems, using databases and running reports.
