- Lead P&C and business projects as needed and deliver these projects to meet requirements while utilising sound project management methodology and principles.
- Provide change management support, such as, leading discussions, addressing any uncertainties, fostering positive acceptance of change, tailoring communications etc.
- Develop change management and implementation strategies that will support adopting change for impacted employees and to mitigate risk.
- Effectively manage all relevant stakeholders throughout projects and change to maintain engagement and foster effective working relationships.
- Provide coaching to people leaders in change management as well as how to identify risks and offer mitigation strategies to assist people leaders to better understand workplace relations issues and P&C processes.
- Develop artefacts to support change, such as letters and briefing packs.
- Ensure all change solutions align to company values and deliver benefits for the business.
- Extensive experience within P&C/HR, ideally you would have gained your experience within a P&C partnering or advisory role. You have well rounded generalist P&C knowledge and understanding.
- Experience in People and Culture case management, with a well-developed understanding of workplace relations/employee relations.
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated examples of projects you have lead end-to-end.

- Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail and communication skills, both in person and written.

As the People and Culture (P&C) Change Delivery Partner you'llbe responsible for the end-to-end delivery of P&C change projects, in partnership with business stakeholders and P&C partners. This includes planning, executing, implementing and transition of a variety of organisational change projects. These projects will vary in size and complexity across all areas of Transurban.
