My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing their Future State Operating Model (IT).

NOTE: This is a hybrid role based in Sydney's CBD.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Defining the scope and requirements for the Future State Operating Model.
Establishing key success criteria and assessment methods for implementation.
Refining existing IT operating model designs through pressure testing and structure sizing.
Synchronizing project teams and stakeholders by documenting changes and adjustments.
Facilitating workshops and whiteboarding sessions to gather and document requirements.
Leading the transition of the existing IT structure to a Solution Agnostic Agile environment.
Streamlining and consolidating my clients practices, policies, and implementation into a comprehensive vision.

To be successful, you will have:

A minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior Business Analyst role.
Proven experience with IT operating models and ITSM principles (experience in higher education is a plus).
Someone who has experience with producing salary guides and job descriptions across all IT sectors.
Excellent requirement elicitation skills with a strong track record of success.
Exceptional documentation and writing skills with demonstrable experience.
A proactive and self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and leverage the 80/20 rule for delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
