Sharp and Carter are excited to present the role of Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst with a leading utilities provider between the northern suburbs of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast areas.

The Opportunity:


Our client is undertaking a Workforce Transformation Program to ensure that their workforce is ready, willing and able to drive the business changes necessary to position the organisation as one of the best value utilities providers in Australia.

This involves projects that will transform the way they work (process, skills, capabilities, training); the way they approach work (culture); and the way the workforce adapts to these changes.

The Process and Continuous Improvement Office is designed to facilitate and drive business process improvements.

The aim is to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, taking core cross-organisational systems and procedures to the next level of maturity to make significant efficiency savings.


Your role will play a critical part in a small yet high-impact team, which works as a key collaborator and integrator across the whole business.

You will be responsible for maintaining the corporate process architecture and value stream processes whilst also providing governance and oversight of process and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also need to work across other programs to embed best-practice Lean process improvement methodologies. Overall, you will be key to identifying change management triggers and leading the business in establishing process maturity.


Requirements:


In order to be suitable for this role you will need to have relevant experience in a similar role and ideally have relevant qualifications.

As you will be occasionally required to travel between sites, a C class drivers license will be essential.


You will require Highly developed written, interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

You will need previous financial business intelligence experience and business process mapping systems experience, with the ability to interpret data and produce thorough reports.

Previous experience using lean methodology is essential.
