The Company
This highly recognisable dairy organisation are home to some of the most trusted and loved brands. As a result of an internal move, a Head of Research and Development position has become available. This role will lead the product commercialisation process for the business.

The Role
Leading a large team and reporting into the GM Marketing and Innovation, this key duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Ensuring the Product Development Managers are effectively leading the technical aspects of product development.
Participating in the development of the Corporate Strategy.
Lead R&D to improve delivery of NPD projects.
Ensure the team engages the broader operational management team to support NPD and business goals.

Your Background

Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or related industry.
Signficant experience in and R&D/Product Development leadership role within FMCG, ideally dairy.
Strong project management skills.
The Ability to travel to different operational sites.
