The Role
This large Australian FMCG business that is focused on sustainability and making an impact, they are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a
S&OP Specialist to join their team.
The position will focus on evolving planning methodologies to efficiently forecast and optimize the business.
Reporting to the head of planning and inventory your responsibilities will include:
- NPD forecasting and inventory planning
- Document methodology for future products and launches
- Create framework in place for S&OP processes
- Work with supply chain partners to reduce risk & prep for success
Your Background
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Understanding of S&OP principles
- Understanding of retail channel
- Ability to navigate new channel start up
- The ability to work autonomously with internal and external to find solutions
