    The Director of Technology will lead the technical solutioning and technical delivery of technology & digital experiences and products, working with a wide range of stakeholders.

    What will you be doing?Lead a high performing team consisting of Engineers, Solution Architects, Dev Ops.

    Testers, etcDevelop roadmaps for future development/product changesLead the technology reviews of builds during deliveryAct as the subject matter expert for Technical Delivery of Customer SolutionsWork as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team, with strategy, design, product and sector specialistsHow will you be successful?Bring together deep technology knowledge with a customer and commercial lensBuild strong relationships and network with a variety of stakeholdersPassionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create changeA kind and compassionate leader with a passion for continually growing your leadership skills to get the best out of everyone in the teamExtensive experience in leading a technical delivery team across the software development life cycleProven record of delivering using Agile and Agile Hybrid methodologiesDemonstrated experience in delivering and integrating solutions with CMS, mobile development, cloud, cross-platform technologiesDesire to explore and deliver solutions that incorporate the use of AI technologiesKey offeringsSalary between $250-300k + bonusCareer progression in a variety of formsLearning opportunities and ability to ensure you're always working with cutting edge technologyLead a high performing team and work with awesome peoplePlease note - you need to be based in Australia and have Australian PR or Citizenship to apply for this role.
