Overview of the Team and role
The Claims Transformation and Capability Team is responsible for delivering transformation and change, systems, and people capability improvements to support claims management operations.
The primary responsibilities of the team are:
Managing the Claims Transformation and Change Framework, which includes Claims projects and initiatives and coordination of interdependencies with EPMO, enterprise business, technology, and data projects.
- Leading large improvement projects.
- Developing, prioritising, planning, and implementing improvements to Comcare's current claims management system in close connection with Comcare's Technology team.
- Managing key employee life cycle phases for the Group including workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and capability & development.
- Identifying capability gaps and needs, implementing a CMG Capability plan and managing a range of training activities for the Group.
- Designing and delivering claims management learning products.
The Assistant Director, New Claims Management Solution (NCMS) Change Lead manages all change management activities for the NCMS project, including completion of the change impact assessment, developing targeted communications, stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
The primary focus of this role will be to plan, prepare and execute effective change, with the scope of the new claims management solution including people, culture, processes, systems, and data.
The Assistant Director, NCMS Change Lead reports to the Director, Claims Transformation and Capability and will work closely with the enterprise change management team, external change management advisory and NCMS project team on strategic alignment and program integration.
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
