    The Role:

    As a Workforce Planning Analyst at Sephora, you will be pivotal in optimizing Australian and New Zealand stores for success. You will collaborate with Retail operations, HR, and Finance to strategically invest in labor, enhancing the overall client and employee experience. This unique role offers the opportunity to establish and influence the workforce planning department, shaping the future of Sephora ANZ.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Supporting store growth through labor planning and workforce management
    • Conducting payroll analyses and identifying trends in the market
    • Utilizing data to drive innovation, optimize processes, and enhance business models
    • Building relationships and providing insights across the organization

    We are looking for someone with:

    • 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or scheduling
    • Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities
    • A degree in Finance or business is preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Financial Systems
    • Expertise in modeling and data analysis
