About the role:


This is a hands-on, collaborative role monitoring and analysing hipages' Group financial and commercial performance, providing regular and insightful reports to the Senior Leadership Team.

This role is responsible for maintaining and updating the company's financial model, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting based on backed-up commercial assumptions and strategic initiatives.

How you will add value:


  • Closely monitor hipages' commercial and financial performance and prepare weekly analysis and reporting to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Maintain hipages Group's financial model, translating commercial assumptions, key stakeholders' input, and prioritised strategic initiatives into detailed budgets and forecast
  • Partner with functional department heads to help them manage their budget throughout the year.
  • Contribute to monthly Board reporting including providing commentary, commercial insights and variance analysis.
  • Support the quarterly forecast and annual budget submission for the Group including commentary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of commercial finance processes and deliverables in collaboration with the Finance and Data teams.

About you:


  • 12 years post graduate experience from an accounting background with CA or CPA qualification
  • High proficiency in excel and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of SQL is advantageous but not required.
