About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join BOQ Groups' Workforce Optimisation team as a Workforce Planning Analyst.

You will be responsible for sourcing new personnel and reconciling finances with vendors. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the surge workforce is adequately staffed while maintaining financial transparency and accuracy.

This role requires a combination of resource utilisation, and finance skills to effectively manage these responsibilities.


Key Accountabilities:


Sourcing New Personnel:

  • Identify staffing needs based on ART & program requirements.
  • Collaborate with team managers & practice leads to define job skills needed from vendors.
  • Onboard vendor resources into BOQ Group systems.

Supplier Management:

  • Identify and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a database of approved suppliers and track their performance over time.

Financial Reconciliation:

  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and payments related to vendorrelated services.
  • Verify that supplier invoices match agreedupon terms, pricing, and services rendered.
  • Address discrepancies or billing errors with suppliers and work to resolve them.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of expenditures related to vendor resources.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and updates for management.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure that all sourcing and financial reconciliation processes adhere to the bank requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resources under management.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and costsaving opportunities across vendors.
  • Prepare and present reports on financial performance to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and refine sourcing and financial reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Seek feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between surge resource needs and financial objectives.

About you


Our Workforce Planning Analyst will have a strong ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, negotiation skills and finance principles.


Following Criteria will be considered when reviewing applicants:

years' experience in project resource planning & financial reconciliation.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel
  • Welldeveloped communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
