    Job Description

    Are you a skilled Finishes Foreman with a passion for delivering impeccable results on high-end commercial projects? If you excel in overseeing the final stages of construction and take pride in your attention to detail, we have an exciting opportunity that awaits you

    As the Finishes Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this projects to a flawless completion. Your expertise in overseeing the final touches and attention to detail and quality will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the finishing works team, ensuring seamless coordination to achieve project milestones.
    • Oversee the installation of finishing materials, including joinery, fixtures, and fittings, in adherence to project specifications and design intent.
    • Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure the highest standard of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with the project management team and various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
    • Address any challenges or discrepancies in the finishing process promptly and provide effective solutions.
    • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and a commitment to excellence among your team.

    About You:

    • Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman in commercial construction/multi unit residential projects with a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards.
    • Proven experience working on high-end commercial projects – medium rise $20m+
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
