My client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Finishes Foreman to join their team.

As a Construction Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of finishing work on construction sites.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful completion of finishing tasks within established timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will be leading a team of skilled tradespeople and collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finishing crew, including carpenters, painters, drywall installers, and other tradespeople.
Ensure that finishing work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines.
Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to the team members.
Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficiency and quality.
Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects or issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve any constructionrelated challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Construction Finishes Foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry. (3 + years)
