As a Finishes Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of finishes work on construction projects.
  • Lead a team of tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support to ensure the timely and accurate execution of finishes work.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to review finishes plans, resolve technical queries, and contribute to the development of construction schedules.
  • Monitor material usage, inventory, and deliveries, ensuring adequate resources are available to complete finishes work within budget and timeline.
