Role as Procurement Lead:

As our Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Albury to Parkes (A2P) rail project.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure costefficiency and project timelines. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and quality.
Company interface with all Martinus subcontractors, Liaise and negotiate with internal and external clients to ensure 'best for the project' results.
Ensure effective liaison and feedback is provided to the contracts & procurement team in the management of project packages.
Overseeing procurement processes, from vendor selection to delivery.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align procurement with project goals.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
Demonstrated experience in a lead role on largescale construction projects specific to logistics and/or materials control.
The ability to supervise and maintain KPIs
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
A commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
