The Role
We are seeking experienced Technical Support Consultants to deliver Level 3 services and support to our valuable clients.

Based in
Melbourne, with plenty of opportunity to WFH when training is completed, you will work in a team of committed consultants to resolve technical issues.


You
To be successful in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years previous technical support experience in the Australia Market showcasing excellent client service skills
  • Prior experience as a technical SME in app or hosted pltform support
  • Expertise in trouble shooting complex problems, an added bonus if this has been in the backend of the app
  • The proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and expert time managemnt skills
  • Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
