Cromwell Property Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Management team overseeing the NSW commercial property portfolio.

You will have effective communication skills and work well both autonomously and collaborative.

Your professional manner will be highly valued as will your interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

You will be a dedicated and confident individual who enjoys solving issues.

You will also have;- Agents Representative certificate or similar, or working towards completion;- At least 2 years' experience in the property industry;- Strong financial analysis experience on tenancy related information;- General knowledge of local Sydney office market; and- Knowledge of Yardi (desirable).

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist with the day-to-day management of the NSW portfolio.

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, this role will complete all administrative tasks to support the Property team with their strategic goals.


You will also- Maintain lease administration and financial management procedures;- Maintain and update tenancy schedules;- Prepare monthly reports including financial analysis, diary report and client requests;- Monitor expenses relative to lease, contractual and maintenance obligations and ensure procedures for authorising payments, debt control and reporting;- Monitor income records to ensure invoices are sent out correctly and in a timely manner to tenants;- Follow up on arrears and escalate when appropriate;- Assist with instructions to legal team to prepare and finalise leases; and- Develop a detailed knowledge of all leases within the portfolio to ensure compliance of landlord and tenant.
