As a Team Leader for our growing remote Client & Contact Services team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a group of 5+ direct reports while contributing to the overall expansion and development of our organization.
This full-time remote position is based in Brisbane.The role necessitates not only proficient team management but also the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
Essential Criteria:

Background in Community Services, Social Justice, or Law: Your professional background should align with community services, social justice, or law to better understand the context and demands of our work.

Minimum 2 Years of Team Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team focused on Client & Contact Services is required to ensure effective leadership.

Communication with Vulnerable Individuals: Your demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with vulnerable individuals showcases your ability to handle delicate conversations.

Confidentiality: Your history of consistently maintaining confidentiality is critical for this role.
