Admin/Receptionist experience within an accounting/professional services firm is essential
About the Role - What does a typical day look like?

  • Undertaking daily office management tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintaining effective administrative systems and processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery of services
  • Maintain client database and ensure its integrity and accuracy
  • Management of document management system, both soft and hard copy information
  • Managing ASIC forms for clients and ASIC secretarial services
  • Managing ATO lodgement lists
  • Correspondence with the ATO and ASIC
  • Using document providers to establish new client entities
  • Other administrative duties, as required.

Skills, Experience & Quals required for the role

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (receptionist or administrator) in an accounting firm is
    essential:
  • A confident and positive personality
  • Excellent customer relations skills, and a desire to help others
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
  • Comfortable to work within set timeframes and meet deadlines
  • Positive contribution to office culture
  • Confidence and professionalism in all communications, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in dealing with client needs
